Sara Young Wright

Sara Young Wright, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of HR Compliance at Washington University in St. Louis since August 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance issues, compiling the annual Affirmative Action Program, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Previously, Sara held roles such as Sr. Human Resources Manager and Manager of Employee Relations at the same institution. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at OHL (now Geodis), managing HR functions for a large facility, and as Human Resources Specialist with the City of St. Louis, focusing on recruitment and employee relations. Sara holds a Doctor of Law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Truman State University.
