Shastia Hadiarti

Shastia Hadiarti has over a decade of experience in the construction and aviation sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Transformation, Digital & System Development at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk since June 2011. Shastia has held multiple senior roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of Business Transformation Division, Senior Vice President of Risk Management, Corporate Secretary, and Investor Relations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a team member in group mentoring at PT Garuda Indonesia and an internship at PT Pembangunan Perumahan, focusing on taxation and financial statements. Shastia holds a Master’s degree in Finance Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance Management from Universitas Airlangga.
