Ali Nassiri

Ali Nassiri is a seasoned Facilities Management professional with extensive experience in managing operations for a large portfolio of residential and commercial assets in Dubai. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at wasl group since April 2012, Ali oversees the management of 45,000 units and the budget for maintenance activities. Previously held roles include Operations Manager for Asset Management Services and Solutions, focusing on service delivery for over 15,000 units and achieving high performance standards. Prior to wasl group, Ali worked at Dubai World Trade Centre in various engineering roles, responsible for critical systems such as CCTV and Building Management Systems. Ali holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Electronics and Computer Systems from Higher Colleges of Technology and has pursued additional education in safety services and environmental management.
