Sally Fathalla

Sally Fathalla has a wealth of work experience in the field of People and Culture. Sally began their career in 2014 as an HR Coordinator at Integrant, Inc., where they posted openings and conducted HR interviews. In 2016, they joined Orange Business Services as a Recruitment Senior Specialist, where they applied competency based interviews and selected applicants who met the criteria for the position. In 2017, they moved to Careem as a Talent Acquisition Lead, handling all recruitment activities and validating the company's participation in career fairs and online recruitment portals. In 2018, they joined Vodafone as a Digital Resourcing Senior Specialist, acting as a recruitment subject matter expert and creating strategies to drive employee experience. In 2019, they worked as a Freelance IT Recruitment Consultant and as an MEA Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM. In 2021, they joined Speakol as a People and Culture Consultant and then Cartona as a People and Culture Senior Manager, where they set up the HR department and provided management oversight and leadership. Currently, Sally is the Head of People at Wasla Browser.

Sally Fathalla has a diverse educational background. Sally obtained their HighSchool Diploma from Kaumeya American School in 2003-2005. Sally then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Drug Manufacturing from Pharos University in Alexandria from 2007-2013. After that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo from 2015-2016. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, an AgileTA Explorer from IBM Services in May 2019 and a Competency Based Certified Assessor from The CPD Standards Office in March 2019.
