Ian Wood

Ian Wood is an experienced executive in customer experience management and financial services, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of iSON Xperiences since November 2022, leading a premier global CEM company with a significant presence across 16 countries. As a co-founder and executive at Consumer Debt Solutions (PTY) LTD since September 2015, Ian Wood oversees financial functions and operational management, developing strategic plans for the company's direction. Previous roles include executive positions at Nimble Group, Chief Executive of Credit and Financial Services at Edcon, and various leadership roles at Bayport Management Limited, MFSA, and Standard Bank Group, where Ian drove strategic growth and operational efficiencies in the lending sector. Ian Wood holds a Chartered Secretary degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
