Mark Spoors

Mark Spoors is an experienced sports agent with over 22 years of leadership in talent representation and business scaling. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Managing Executive of Rugby at Wasserman since 2022, they focus on supporting a diverse range of athletes and brands. Previously, Mark held the position of Director at Esportif International from 2015 to 2022, where they played a critical role in establishing the agency as a leader in rugby management. They also served as the Managing Director at Big Red Management from 2003 to 2015 and held earlier roles, including Manager of the Rugby Division at Sports Masters International. In addition to their professional endeavors, Mark serves as the Chairman of the Association of Rugby Agents and is a Trustee of The Lewis Moody Foundation, which supports families affected by serious illness. Mark holds a BA(Hons) from De Montfort University.
