Kathryn Rogers

A high-energy individual who must have marketing “in her blood,” Kathryn is WE’s VP of marketing, where she’s responsible for developing and executing marketing plans—including branding, social media, paid advertising, content creation, public relations, website development, analytics and trade show planning for its clients. She also is the Co-Founder and CMO for Holly & Tanager where she runs and executes their marketing and sales plans.

Kathryn majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Xavier University and also played on their Division 1 varsity Volleyball Team. While still a senior, she received a coveted trade marketing internship at Kao USA where she managed the John Frieda Hair Care POP process, analyzing key competitors and developing its national product displays strategy. With the internship under her belt, Kao USA made her a full-time marketing assistant in its International Marketing Department. And, of course, it was at Kao where Lindsay Lingle and Kathryn met and discovered their shared excitement about consumer product marketing. Her position at Kao was an amazing opportunity where she strategized, coordinated, and executed public relations, website development, social media, trade programs, and distributor relations, and analyzed performance data for Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Following her position at Kao, Kathryn joined The Gorilla Glue Company as assistant brand manager for O’Keeffe’s, its skincare line. While at Gorilla Glue, she successfully developed strategies and coordinated the execution of digital advertising, social media, public relations, marketing communications, and events. She also managed and developed engaging content for the company’s social and website platforms while developing its first sampling tour in four major cities across the U.S. In addition, she was responsible for developing reporting and analysis based on O’Keeffe’s performance for the entire company.
