Erin Driedger has a diverse background in customer service and training roles. With experience at Waste Connections of Canada, TG Appliance Group Inc., The Minacs Group, and Showcase Inc, Erin has honed their skills in responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, and training new agents. Erin holds a Bachelor of Music from Mount Allison University, a Diploma in Sonic Design from Carleton University, and a Radio Broadcasting and Communications Diploma from Mohawk College.
