Ben Pedroza

Ben Pedroza is an experienced operations supervisor currently at Waste Connections since July 2023. Previously, Ben served as operations manager at Global Lending Services LLC from January 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included coaching and developing a team of 12 and improving operational processes for better customer experiences. Prior military experience includes serving as an operations advisor in the US Army from February 2018 to September 2020, managing a team of 24 for operational planning and logistical support. Ben also held the role of infantry platoon commander in the US Army from 2013 to 2017, where leadership involved coordinating over 900 security missions. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies from the Virginia Military Institute, earned in 2013.
