Jennifer Rapp is a marketing automation specialist at Waste Dynamics since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a technical account manager at Five9, where expertise in managing multiple accounts and providing training and technical support was demonstrated. Jennifer's experience also includes serving as an information systems project manager and administrator at Budget Dumpster, functioning as Salesforce and Five9 administrator, and earlier roles in customer service and sales. An education in music industry from Syracuse University complements Jennifer's professional background.
