Elena Warters

Elena Warters has a diverse work experience highlighted by their roles in various companies. Elena began their career as a Summer Intern at Otis Elevator Company in 2011 and continued in that role until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Elena worked as an Instructor at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center. In 2016, Elena joined UTC Aerospace Systems where they served as a Supply Chain Management Co-Op from February to May, and later as a Global Transition Manager from June 2016 to September 2018. Most recently, Elena has been working as the Director of Operations at Waste Hub since October 2018.

Elena Warters completed their high school education at Simsbury High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a High School/Secondary Diploma. Elena then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Connecticut College, specializing in Mathematics and Art, from 2010 to 2014. Moving forward, Elena enrolled at the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2015 and completed their Master's Degree in Business Analytics and Project Management in 2016.
