Des Fell

Des Fell has extensive experience in operations and branch management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Waste Management NZ Ltd since November 2017, after previously holding the position of Branch Manager within the same company from July 2008 to 2017. Prior to this, Des gained valuable experience as Branch Manager at Smith and Smith Glass from August 2005 to July 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple business units and managing sales teams. Des's career includes significant accomplishments as Regional Manager at DHL from February 2003 to August 2005, focusing on revenue development and team leadership within the lower North Island region, as well as Branch Manager at New Zealand Couriers from April 1998 to January 2003, where effective management led to improved financial performance and operational efficiency. Des is an alumnus of Hamilton Boys High School.
