Logan Tidrick has extensive experience in management and engineering within the drilling fluids and construction industries. Currently, Logan serves as the Lake Erie Sustainability Manager for WM, where responsibilities include overseeing materials recovery facilities and transfer stations, and has held multiple roles since joining in August 2015. Previous positions include Operations Leader and Sr Mud Engineer at Rapid Drilling Fluids and Mud Engineer at Halliburton, focusing on drilling fluids engineering. Early career experience at JD Mining involved operator-labor work in commercial construction, asphalt paving, and reclamation. Logan holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Walsh University, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the same institution, completed in 2007. Logan's foundational education includes a high school diploma from New Philadelphia High School.
