Marc-Olivier Lamothe

Marc-Olivier Lamothe has extensive experience in waste management and environmental operations, currently serving as District Manager I and Directeur des Opérations at Waste Management since January 2011. This role follows a rigorous internal training program focused on disposal operations management. Prior to this position, Marc-Olivier worked as a Technicien en Environnement managing leachate treatment operations and ensuring compliance with contamination standards. Earlier career experience includes roles at Nordikeau as a wastewater technician and at Laiterie Lamothe & Frères Ltée as a production supervisor and operator. Marc-Olivier holds an AEC in Techniques de Gestion des Eaux from Cegep de Shawinigan and continues education at multiple agricultural technology institutions.
