Mayra Salas

Mayra Salas, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Internal Audit at WM since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mayra held various positions at Valaris Limited, including Manager and Senior Advisor in Global Financial Reporting, from October 2021 to February 2024. Mayra's career also includes significant experience at Melton & Melton, LLP as an Audit Supervisor and Audit Associate from June 2017 to October 2021, as well as working as a Real Estate Agent and Investor at Prime Realty Group from January 2011 to June 2017. Mayra's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Global Energy Management from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
