Michael Ghost

Michael Ghost is currently the Tier Director of Fleet at WM, overseeing corporate post-collection operations. They previously held positions at Waste Management, including Heavy Equipment Manager and District Manager, where they managed personnel and P&L responsibilities. Michael has also served as the Vice President at Innovative Mechanical Services Inc., managing financial strategies and customer relations. Their early career included roles as Service Manager and Field Technician at Quinn Company, focusing on heavy equipment repairs and safety compliance. Michael earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Diesel Mechanics Technology from Long Beach City College.
