Monica Taylor Boggan is a seasoned cybersecurity and risk management professional with extensive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for GRC & OT at WM, Monica has previously held significant roles, including IT/OT Cybersecurity Manager, GRC at ENGIE North America Inc., where Monica acted as Deputy CISO and successfully developed comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks and oversight programs. Prior experience includes Vice President of Infrastructure Support at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Senior IT Audit Associate at Schellman & Company, and External Auditor at Deloitte, among others. Monica holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Enterprise Resource Planning and dual Bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Lamar University.
