Previously, Urusa was the Head of Digital & Customer Experience at NRG Energy and has notable leadership roles at Direct Energy, including VP of Customer Experience and VP of Operations for Home Warranty of America. Urusa's earlier career includes serving as IT Director for Applications Development & Integration at Spark Energy. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Math from the University of the Punjab.
