Martinus Devy Adrian Manorek

Martinus Devy Adrian Manorek is currently the Head of Business Development at Waste4Change. Before that, they were the Head of Finance from October 2019 to May 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operational Services from February 2019 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Operational Services division, building Waste4change operational services, and coordinating with other division heads in developing Waste4change operational services. Martinus also built a sales team which integrated with operational team to give better services and meet company’s target. Before that, they were a Site Manager from January 2018 to January 2019 and was responsible for overseeing all operation Material Recovery Facility in Bekasi. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager from October 2016 to December 2017 and was responsible for leading the project, starting from the stages planning, implementation, to project reporting. Martinus also has experience as a Social Consult from November 2015 to September 2016 and as a Project Officer from August 2015 to October 2015. Lastly, they have experience as a Volunteer at Transparency International Indonesia from February 2014 to November 2014.

Martinus Devy Adrian Manorek has a Magister Administrasi Bisnis (M.A.B.) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in Administrasi dan Manajemen Bisnis, a Sarjana Sosial from State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta) in Sosiologi Pembangunan, and certifications from the Federal Press Office – German Government in BMZ-Regulations Workshop for Project Financial Management by BMZ (German Government) and from PAKAR in Human Resources Workshop by Pakar Finance for Entrepreneur Workshop.

Their manager is Mohamad Bijaksana Junerosano, CEO & Founder. Martinus Devy Adrian Manorek works with Bilqis Rulista A. Z - Strategic Development Specialist, Risca Ardita - Head of Human Capital & General Affairs, and Hana Nur Auliana - Corporate Strategic Executive.
