Adam Sharman

Adam Sharman is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting and human resources. Adam began a career at Accenture in the UK as a Consultant and later held positions at Accenture Australia and Deloitte New Zealand, specializing in Change Management and Organizational Transformation. Adam served as GM of Human Resources for Fonterra’s NZ Manufacturing division and held the position of Group Programme Manager, focusing on people development initiatives. Currently, Adam is Senior Partner at Dsifer and COO of Growing Future Farmers, while also serving on the board of Wastebusters. Adam has been recognized as a speaker at the HR Analytics Conference and contributed as a committee member for the Change Management Institute. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and degrees in Management Science and Business Administration from esteemed institutions.
