Leanne Wilkes has extensive experience in customer care and operations within the waste management industry. Currently serving as a Customer Care Representative and Operations Dispatch at Wasteco since June 2009, Leanne is responsible for fielding customer calls, dispatching drivers, scheduling routes, and managing driver check-ins and route reports. Prior to this role, Leanne worked at Waste Management of Canada from October 2000 to April 2009 as a Customer Care Team Lead, where responsibilities included scheduling waste pickups, resolving invoicing and credit issues, and promoting additional services in a fast-paced call center environment. Leanne holds a diploma in Travel and Tourism with a focus on Liberal Arts and Science from Sheridan College, completed between 1985 and 1989.
