Ed Grimes

Ed Grimes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1993, they started as a Store Manager at Greggs and later moved on to roles in Pret A Manger, where they served as an Operations Manager and then Head of Operations. In 2007, they joined EAT. as the Retail Director and later became the Brand Development Director. Ed also worked at Brightling Advisory as an Associate Director and at RUSH Hair & Beauty as the Chief Operations Officer. In 2018, they became the Director of Grovewood, a company they founded, and also served as a Non-Executive Board Director at OrderPay. Ed'smost recent venture is Hospitality Talent UK, which they co-founded in 2023 to address recruitment challenges in the hospitality sector.

Ed Grimes has a diverse education history. Ed attended St. Martin's School from 1981 to 1988, where they obtained grade A-C in Nine O levels and Three A-levels. Ed'sA-levels were in French, Geography, and History. Ed then went on to pursue their BSc Hons degree in Business and French at the University of Surrey from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they also studied at L'Université Jean Moulin, Lyon III, where they earned a BSc Hons/Maitrise degree in Business Studies and French/Gestion des Resources Humaines et l'Economie de la CEE. Additionally, in 1990-1991, Ed returned to Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) to complete a Maitrise degree in Gestion Des Resources Humaines et L'Economie de la CEE.
