Huy Tran

Huy Tran has a strong background in technology and business development. Huy started their career in 1995 as an IT Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Huy then co-founded Nexdyne Interactive Solutions, a wireless software/consulting startup, where they served as President/CEO until its acquisition. Huy went on to work at Live Sky Solutions as a Senior Wireless Architect/Co-Founder, where they evaluated wireless technology and developed functional prototypes and marketing demos. Huy later became the Director at Third Sky, Inc and then the Director of Application Development at BigBad, Inc, where they oversaw development teams implementing enterprise websites. From 2010 to 2013, Huy was the Co-Founder and Business Development Manager at Viridian Spark. Huy then joined The Language Express, Inc as the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for implementing their learning management system and developing educational games. Most recently, Huy has been serving as the CTO at WASTELINQ, LLC.

Huy Tran's education history begins with their high school education at Boston College High School from 1987 to 1991. Huy then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics & Mathematics at Tufts University from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business for their MBA in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Operations, which was achieved from 2003 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Huy Tran has obtained several certifications. Huy became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the Scrum Alliance in July 2017. In April 2012, they acquired the Sitecore Certified Developer certification from Sitecore. Furthermore, in May 1999, they became a Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Database Developer 2008 (MCITP) from Microsoft.
