Nick Wiseman

Nick Wiseman joined Wastequip in 2014 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) after an extensive career with General Electric (GE). While at GE, Nick held various senior human resources leadership positions including Director of Human Resources for GE’s Oil & Gas – Flow & Process Technologies group. He is a graduate of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program and his experience with GE also includes international work; for two years, he lived in Dubai and assisted with recruiting, staffing and training of GE’s Energy workforce in the Middle East and Africa. In his role, Nick and his team develop and implement human resources programs that are aligned with the company’s operating philosophies and business objectives. He is also responsible for talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, recruiting and staffing, executive compensation and benefits, and employee/labor relations. He is a graduate of the University of Utah with his Bachelor of Science in Management. Nick also holds his MA from Texas A&M.
