Ricky Williamson

Ricky Williamson has over 30 years of experience at Wastequip, starting in April 1993 and advancing through various roles including Pipefitter at Exxon Refinery and derrick hand on oil rigs. Demonstrating expertise in operating heavy equipment, Ricky holds certification for up to a 22-ton crane and has worked as a welder at Wastequip. Career progression includes positions from shipping supervisor to weld supervisor, shop supervisor, and ultimately Plant Manager. Under Ricky's leadership, the Brookhaven, MS facility, which employs an average of 27 workers, manufactures metal waste containers for distribution across the United States and parts of Canada.
