Charmin Smith

Charmin Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Charmin started their career in 1996 at Wellmont Health System/Ballad Health System, where they worked as the Ballad Health Foundation Database Manager for over two decades until 2019. Following that, they joined Gartner Development Group, LLC as the Director of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition for a year. Currently, Charmin is working at Watauga Orthopaedics, PLC, where they hold the role of Director of Operations. Additionally, they previously worked as the Patient Access and Satisfaction Manager at the same company.
