Kim Marden

Kim Marden has had a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kim started their career as a Scheduling Coordinator at TeamHealth, where they managed the daily activities of over 80 providers in emergency rooms across Alabama and Georgia. Kim then moved on to Highlands Physicians for Women, where they served as an Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of an obstetrics and gynecology practice, including budgeting, compliance, human resources, and reimbursement. Kim successfully implemented an Aesthetics Services Department and implemented a financial improvement plan that resulted in a 20% increase in collections.

Afterwards, Kim joined Holston Medical Group, where they held various positions including Women's Health Services Manager, Director of Business Development, and Director of Consultative and Support Services. In these roles, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of women's health practices and sleep centers, managed marketing and mergers/acquisitions efforts, and led operational and business development projects.

Most recently, Kim served as the Chief Executive Officer of Watauga Orthopaedics. In this role, they managed a large orthopaedic practice with multiple locations, overseeing ancillary services and the construction of an Orthopaedics Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved financial goals, and implemented successful initiatives in various healthcare settings.

Kim Marden obtained a BA in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville between 1992 and 1995. Following that, they pursued an MBA degree at King University from 2002 to 2004.
