Rafael Sonder

Rafael is the CFO of WatchBox, running a team of over 20 professionals in five countries. An experienced leader in finance, Rafael has been an investor and CFO of large and small organizations. He mixes an entrepreneurial approach with the experience of having participated in various companies around the world.

With global experience in the US, Asia and South America, Rafael embodies the culture of WatchBox. Prior to his current position, Rafael worked in retail, consumer goods and finance organizations in the roles of Managing Director, CFO and COO, having taken these organizations through very high growth periods. Additionally, Rafael has had a successful career in Private Equity, with participation in various successful investments.
