Caroline Browne

Caroline Browne currently serves as the Group Finance and Investor Relations Director at Watches of Switzerland Group PLC. Caroline has a wealth of experience in financial management, audit, and assurance from their previous roles at various prestigious companies such as Next PLC, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Boots UK, Ernst & Young, and Baker Tilly. Caroline is highly skilled in financial reporting, technical accounting, leadership, and stakeholder management. Caroline holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and has a strong educational background from Millfield. Carolin is currently involved in the War Child Alliance and War Child UK as a member of the Supervisory Board, Chair of Audit & Risk Committee, and Audit & Risk Committee Chair and Treasurer, respectively.
