Lynn Blackburn

Lynn Blackburn has extensive work experience in human resources. Lynn is currently the Head of Human Resources Operations at Watches of Switzerland Group PLC, where they manage the day-to-day HR operations and ensures the provision of high-quality HR shared services. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Manager at the same company.

Before joining Watches of Switzerland Group PLC, Lynn worked at Aurum Holdings, where they held various HR roles. Lynn served as an HR Business Partner, responsible for contributing to senior-level decision-making and ensuring legal compliance of employment policies. Lynn also worked as a Talent Resourcing Manager, where they focused on successful recruitment, talent sourcing, and the development of recruitment strategies. Lynn started their career at Aurum Holdings as a Talent Resourcing Advisor and later became an HR Business Partner and HR Officer.
