Mark Marra has over a decade of experience in customer support and technical management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at WatchGuard Technologies since February 2011. Mark has held various roles within the company, including Technical Support Manager and Technical Support Lead, demonstrating expertise in team leadership, technical escalation, and customer service. Mark is skilled in networking concepts and has earned multiple WatchGuard certifications. Prior experience includes an internship as a Systems Administrator at Premera Blue Cross and roles in production management and pre-press technology. Mark holds an ATA degree in Network Technology from Edmonds College and additional education from San Diego State University.
