Roland Horne is the Founder and Group CEO of WatchHouse, a collection of premium coffee and brunch hubs in Central London. Roland started the company in 2014 with the goal of challenging the standard offerings in the area and providing a more authentic and passionate experience for the community. Prior to WatchHouse, Roland was the Founder and Chairman of Verum Domus, a company specializing in creating exceptional homes in London since 2012. Roland also serves as the Non-Executive Chairman and Investor of Youda, a hospitality brand aiming to make their people experience a competitive advantage. Roland has experience mentoring and assisting service leavers and veterans through their role as a Mentor in the Military Veterans Affairs Programme at J.P. Morgan. Earlier in their career, Roland co-founded and served as the Creative Director of Aquarium Architecture, a company specializing in international aquarium design and installation.
