Watchmaker Genomics
Trishana Nundalall is a Research and Development Scientist at Watchmaker Genomics since April 2021, focusing on recombinant antibody technologies for generating disease-specific fusion proteins targeting triple negative breast cancer, Zika virus, and COVID-19. Trishana has been affiliated with the University of Cape Town since August 2013, contributing as a PhD Graduate and facilitating problem-based learning for medical students, while also tutoring immunology and processing clinical specimens in reproductive health research. Trishana's educational background includes a PhD in Cancer Biotechnology, an MS in Clinical Science and Immunology, and an Honours in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from the University of Cape Town, complemented by an Honours in Biomedical Sciences from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Previous experience also includes roles as a researcher in a Medical Biotechnology and Immunotherapy Unit and a laboratory assistant at ClinVet International.
