William Dean Frey

William Dean Frey has extensive experience in the security and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Security Guide at Watchmen Security Services since September 2021, Frey previously worked as a Roofing Advisor at BB Roofing LLC from January to July 2021. Frey's most significant role was as President and Owner of Ritz Charles OP from 1999 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing daily business operations, customer relations, financial forecasting, and human resources, as well as developing operating procedures to improve efficiency. Additionally, Frey held the position of Senior Vice President and Partner, overseeing all aspects of a 36,000 sq. ft banquet hall with six event spaces.
