Fahad Alam

Fahad Alam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fahad currently serves as the Head of International Business at Wateen Telecom Limited since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager - Global Sales & Business Development at Exponentia Global from November 2020 to April 2023.

Before joining Exponentia Global, Fahad worked as an Assistant Manager - Sales and Business Development - International Carrier Business at Multinet Pakistan (Private) Limited from January 2020 to October 2020. In this role, they focused on customer management and new business development, ensuring customer satisfaction and exploring new revenue streams.

From April 2019 to December 2019, Fahad worked as a Key Account Manager - Corporate Business at Wateen. Fahad built trust relationships with major clients and proposed solutions to meet their needs, expanding existing customer relationships.

Prior to that, Fahad worked at Appearls as a Project Manager from December 2016 to March 2019. Fahad successfully managed projects for mobile, Facebook applications, website, and web portal designing and development.

Fahad's early career included roles at Wateen Telecom. Fahad served as an Executive-Projects from July 2012 to October 2016, where they managed a large operations team and coordinated with different departments. Fahad also held the position of Executive from July 2010 to June 2012, leading projects related to WiFi Mesh, Fiber, and Wimax. Fahad started their career as a Field Engineer from January 2008 to June 2010, responsible for Wimax deployment and troubleshooting.

Throughout their career, Fahad Alam has gained expertise in international business, sales, business development, project management, and customer relationship management.

Fahad Alam obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University from 2004 to 2007. Fahad also obtained a certification in Project Management from AUC Technologies in 2019.
