Ghulam Mustafa

Ghulam Mustafa is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Wateen Telecom. Prior to this, they were the General Manager Enterprise Products at PTCL from July 2013 to June 2019. Ghulam was responsible for end to end P&L responsibility for the enterprise business of PTCL and led a team of 15 resources and three functions to manage a revenue base of USD 55 M. previous to their time at PTCL, Ghulam Mustafa worked as a Product Manager at Kansai Paint Co., Ltd from December 2010 to December 2012. Ghulam was responsible for product profitability and cost optimization roadmap and was part of the three-member team to draw down COSO compliant processes for Inventory to COGS, Sales to Accounts Receivable, purchase to Payable and Fixed Assets. Ghulam also formulated the ‘Go to Market Strategy’ for refinish and protective coatings during their time at Kansai Paint Co., Ltd.

Ghulam Mustafa has an MBA with majors in finance from the University of the Punjab and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lahore University of Management Sciences. Ghulam has experience in business administration and management, and is currently working in the field of finance.
