Stacy Kincaid

Ms. Kincaid has more than a decade of experience in transaction execution, debt and equity financing, real asset development, and operational control and oversight. Prior to Water Asset Management, Ms. Kincaid was a Principal in the Private Capital Solutions group of Madison Williams, Managing Director of Fund Portfolio for the private equity firm VinaCapital Group, Vice President at placement agent Probitas Partners, and has held other legal and real estate development positions. Ms. Kincaid received a JD and MBA from Pepperdine University after obtaining an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry. She is a member of the California Bar, the United States Patent and Trademark Bar, and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. She is also a California Real Estate Broker, a licensed General Contractor, and LEED certified.
