Ben Fellows

Ben Fellows is a seasoned recruitment and business transformation professional with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Business Partner in Digital Transformation and Advisor for Recruitment Services at Water Corporation since April 2018, Ben leads recruitment efforts for the largest digital transformation initiative in the Western Australian state government. Prior to this, Ben worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays, specializing in environmental and water-related roles for local governments and the resources sector. Earlier experience includes positions as a Sales Executive and Trainer at EOS Works, and an Employment Advisor at Seetec, where success was achieved in generating employment for clients. Ben began a career as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant at The Best Connection, focusing on business development and client relationships. Educational background includes attendance at Highfields Science Specialist School from 1994 to 2000.
