Jess Olsen

Jess Olsen is an experienced Injury Management Specialist in Health & Wellbeing, currently employed at Water Corporation since July 2022. Previously, Jess held various roles at Incite Solutions from September 2019 to July 2022, including Team Leader and Senior Occupational Therapist/Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant. Prior experiences also include positions at PeopleSense by Altius, both as a Senior Occupational Therapist/Injury Management Consultant from January 2017 to September 2019 and as an Occupational Therapist/Injury Management Consultant from February 2014 to December 2015, and as an Occupational Therapist at Therapy Focus from December 2015 to December 2016. Jess is also an Accredited Mental Health First Aider, having completed training in Mental Health First Aid Australia in early 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Edith Cowan University, obtained in 2013.
