Paul Prottey

Paul Prottey has extensive experience in the water and wastewater sector, holding various management and leadership positions at Water Corporation since 1989. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Delivery for the Perth Region Field Services, Paul oversees a workforce of nearly 400 professionals dedicated to planned and reactive works in water conveyance systems. Past roles include Operations Services Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the management of a state-wide Operations Centre, and Regional Manager in charge of water and wastewater services for the Goldfields & Agricultural Region. Paul has also contributed to digital transformation initiatives, contract assurance, corporate compliance, and operational leadership across multiple facets of the organization. Educational achievements include advanced diplomas in customer contact and management from Curtin University, alongside certifications in business management and electrical trade studies from TAFE NSW.
