Sarah Bagshawe

Sarah Bagshawe currently serves as the General Manager of People and Safety at Water Corporation since January 2023. Previously, Sarah held similar roles at Harvest Road and Compass Group, focusing on people and safety as General Manager. Prior to those positions, Sarah was the Executive General Manager of Human Resources at Toxfree and worked as a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner at Western Power. Sarah began her career in human resources as the National Human Resources Manager at Automotive Holdings Group. Sarah Bagshawe earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Curtin University, completing the degree from 1989 to 1992.
