Navitha Varsha currently serves as a Research Associate in Rural Futures at Water, Environment, Land and Livelihoods (WELL) Labs, a position held since November 2023. As a Director and Co-Founder of Karunachal Foundation since January 2020, Navitha conceptualized and executed an environmental workshop impacting 70 children and organized 15 online workshops during Covid, reaching 200 urban children. Additionally, as the Founder and Yoga Instructor at Wetranceform, Navitha produced a podcast documenting personal experiences with terminal illness and guided over 200 individuals on healing journeys globally. Previously, Navitha contributed as a Social Entrepreneur Fellow at Transforming India Initiative, and held roles in Human Resources and Design Engineering at Altran India. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from Ashoka Trust, ongoing Master's studies in Psychology and Buddhist Philosophy, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
