David Katwere Ssemwanga

David Katwere Ssemwanga serves as the WASH Program Manager at Water For People since April 2021. Concurrently, David holds the position of Technical Assistant at the Uganda Sanitation Fund since July 2017 and has been a Public Health Specialist at the Ministry of Water and Environment, Directorate of Water Development since October 2013. Additionally, David works as a Senior Environmental Health Officer at Kampala Capital City Authority, a role undertaken since September 2011. David holds a Bachelor of Environmental Health Science and a Master of Public Health with a focus on Environmental Health from Makerere University, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Solid Waste Management from the University of Stuttgart.
