John Dexheimer

John is President and Founder of LightWave Advisors, Inc., with a record of success in helping leading edge firms receive over $800 million of equity investments and mergers. He has advised on over 100 completed company financings and mergers in software, communications, electronics-optics, advanced materials and services including environmental. He has founded startups and has held various part-time operating roles in startups and turnarounds. John has also served on several boards of public and private firms and has been active in the Optical Society of America. John received his MBA from Harvard and a BS from the University of Minnesota.
