Anthony Jao

Anthony Jao currently serves as an FSQA Auditor at Water Lilies Food, LLC., since April 2023. Previously, Anthony worked at Setton Farms as an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager from January 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with various departments, implementing corrective actions, maintaining Food Safety and HACCP programs, and developing Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) for new projects. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Farmingdale State College from September 2017 to February 2021 and as a Hospitality Team Member at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from September 2016 to June 2018, where Anthony trained new employees and managed customer service. Anthony Jao holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Farmingdale State College.
