Agnes Maganga

Agnes Maganga is an experienced professional in community development and WASH projects, currently serving as the Regional Community Development Coordinator at Water Mission since June 2020. In this role, Agnes coordinates and manages community-based WASH initiatives funded by UNICEF, emphasizing planning, implementation, and evaluation while engaging local stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as Community Development Specialist on WASH projects and Operation Officer at the Ministry of Home Affairs, as well as a Community Service Officer in the Refugee Services Department. Earlier experience includes serving as a Benefit Processing Officer at NSSF, where Agnes processed claims and reviewed insurance documentation. Agnes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Project Planning, Management, and Community Development from The University of Dodoma, completed in 2012.
