Rodney Freeman

As chief operating officer, Rodney Freeman oversees global operations, ensuring all safe water and sanitation solutions are executed with excellence and integrity.

He joined Water Mission in 2020, bringing more than two decades of diverse career experiences leading complex global operations in the pharmaceutical industry spanning manufacturing, sales, marketing, and supply chain. Mr. Freeman more recently served on the executive leadership team at the International Mission Board (IMB), directing back-office operations supporting more than 3,500 missionaries around the globe.

Mr. Freeman earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business administration and management from Duke University.
