Clarita Imperial

Clarita Imperial is an experienced audit and risk management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Audit and Assurance at WaterNSW since July 2019, Clarita previously held key positions including Interim Head of Risk and Assurance at Uniting, and Head of Audit at Ausgrid, where responsibilities involved risk-based auditing, stakeholder management, and reporting to executive committees. With a strong foundation built at Networks NSW, Endeavour Energy, Commonwealth Bank, and The World Bank, Clarita has demonstrated expertise in transforming internal audit functions and implementing risk management frameworks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Deakin University and a Diploma in Computing from the Institute of Advance Computer Technology.
