Daryl Gilchrist

Daryl Gilchrist is an experienced Project Engineering Delivery Manager at WaterNSW since November 2018, responsible for managing catchment land and assets to ensure high-quality water delivery through various programs, including Catchment Protection Planning and Compliance. Prior to WaterNSW, Daryl held the position of Engineering Delivery Manager at Sydney Water, overseeing a significant capital works program and leading a team in design and project engineering. Daryl has also served as a Principal Engineering Geologist and Senior Engineering Geologist, gaining expertise in ground engineering, site investigations, and digital engineering. Daryl holds a Master of Engineering Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Earth and Environmental Science, along with additional qualifications in management from Engineers Australia and Chifley Business.
