Jason Martin

Jason Martin is an experienced water resource professional currently serving as the Manager of Water Quality & Operational Modelling at WaterNSW since January 2016. In this role, Jason leads teams focused on the development and maintenance of decision support systems and ensures water quality services meet Australian standards. Previously, Jason held positions at the Sydney Catchment Authority as Team Leader for Water Data Systems & Storage Strategy and Senior Water Supply System Planner, contributing to reservoir simulation modeling and addressing climate change impacts on Sydney's water supply. Jason's earlier experience includes work as a Water Resource Engineer at SMEC, where involvement spanned project management and modeling of hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality aspects. Jason holds a Master of Engineering in Water Resources Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from QUT.
